Surface Treatments Manager

Your mission:

  • Ensure the operational, technical and human management of the vertical powder coating line.
  • Guarantee quality, productivity, safety, and compliance with industrial standards (Qualicoat, safety and environmental regulations).

 

Your key responsabilities:

  • Lead and organise the daily production of the vertical powder coating line.
  • Ensure compliance of coated parts: visual quality, thickness, adhesion and colour.
  • Adjust and optimise line parameters: pre-treatment, drying, powder application and curing.
  • Manage and supervise the line team: operators, line supervisors and quality controllers.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards (Qualicoat and internal procedures).
  • Monitor performance indicators: productivity, rejects, downtime and powder consumption.
  • Diagnose technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure maximum equipment availability.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and process optimisation projects.

 

Your profile:

  • Mastery of surface treatment processes (anodising, painting, etc.).
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations (REACH, ISO 14001) and quality standards (ISO 9001).
  • Skills in team management and production organisation.
  • Ability to analyse processes to optimise quality, cost and lead times.
  • Capable of managing complex industrial equipment and collaborating with maintenance teams.
  • Strong communicator, autonomous, rigorous, organised, and proactive with initiative.
