Role Purpose

To contribute directly to achieving the annual sales targets within the assigned area of responsibility, ensuring customer loyalty to our brand and guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Exlabesa systems are specified in building projects within the Madrid area under your responsibility by organising and coordinating meetings with architectural practices, property developers and construction companies.
  • Provide consultancy and technical support to clients (metal fabricators, façade contractors) and specifiers (architects, engineers, developers) throughout the different stages of projects.
  • Analyse projects and prepare quotations, optimising materials to ensure competitive proposals.
  • Prepare technical reports for projects.
  • Produce construction details and on-site junction solutions.
  • Carry out thermal transmittance and acoustic attenuation calculations.
  • Perform structural calculations and sizing.

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of aluminium systems for architecture.
  • Strong command and proven knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Previous contact and relationship with architectural practices, property developers and construction companies in the Madrid area.
