Grade 2 Packer
Your mission:
- The Grade 2 Packer carries out a range of manual operations related to the sorting and packaging of aluminium profiles at a work station.
- They work in accordance with production requirements, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
Your key responsabilities:
Workstation Preparation and Supply
- Supply and organise the aluminium profile packaging station.
- Check the availability of the required materials.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working area.
Quality Control and Product Compliance
- Carry out visual inspections of profiles (surface defects, cutting quality, lengths, etc.).
- Separate non-conforming products.
- Weigh profile bundles.
- Record production data (number of lengths, packages, weight, etc.).
Packaging and Compliance with Packaging Standards
- Carry out packaging operations in accordance with established procedures and codes.
- Ensure the stability, strapping and correct height of bundles.
- Follow the production schedule.
- Organise the transfer of finished products to the storage area in coordination with the forklift operator.
Performance Monitoring and Team Support
- Achieve productivity targets while complying with quality and safety standards.
- Manage a packaging station independently.
- Guide and support Grade 1 Packers.
- Report any incidents or abnormalities to the supervisor.
