Sales Manager – Eastern Region
Your missions:
- Prospecting new markets and developing the customer portfolio.
- Identifying client needs and proposing suitable technical solutions in collaboration with the design office and production teams.
- Managing commercial offers, negotiating contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analysing market trends and monitoring competitors.
- Contributing to the visibility and reputation of Exlabesa Flandria at trade shows.
Your key activities:
- Contributing to the definition of the regional sales plan based on the company’s overall strategy and establishing an action plan.
- Setting objectives and key priorities.
- Managing the existing portfolio and developing the territory.
- Strong field presence (80% of working time).
- Promoting the company’s image and reputation.
- Negotiating prices with clients in line with targets.
- Monitoring market developments and competitor offers.
- Reporting to management.
- Working closely with your internal sales representative.
Your profile:
- You ideally reside in the Lorraine region.
- Higher education in business, engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within the industrial sector, metallurgy, materials or construction.
- Knowledge of the aluminium and/or extrusion sector would be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to understand technical issues and work closely with technical teams.
- Leadership, autonomy, initiative and a hands-on approach.
