Software Technician

At Exlabesa, we are looking for a Software Technician to work on-site at our headquarters in Valga (Pontevedra), with the following responsibilities:

  • Management and maintenance of Exlabesa’s database and carpentry software systems.
  • Stock management and incident resolution.
  • Technical support and training delivery.

 

Key duties include:

  • Administration of the CRM and carpentry software (Spain and internationally), delivering training on their use and resolving incidents.
  • Updating stock in databases and resolving incidents across different branches.
  • Optimisation of reporting and management support, developing tailored solutions and analysis.
  • Preparation of quotations and review of pricing.
  • Technical support to different departments.

 

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Microcomputer Systems and Networks or similar.
  • Previous experience in CRM management and support.
  • Residence in the Santiago / Padrón / Pontevedra area.
  • Intermediate/advanced level of English.

Experience in the aluminium sector will be especially valued.
