Role Purpose

Exlabesa is looking for a Prescriber for its Barcelona office, who will contribute directly to achieving the annual sales targets within the Catalonia area, ensure customer loyalty to our brand and guarantee maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Exlabesa systems are prescribed in building projects across the Catalonia region under your responsibility, by organising and coordinating meetings with architectural practices, property developers and construction companies.
  • Provide consultancy and technical support to clients (metal fabricators, façade contractors) and prescribers (architects, engineers, developers) throughout the different stages of projects.
  • Analyse projects and prepare quotations, optimising materials to ensure competitive offers.
  • Prepare technical reports for projects.
  • Develop construction details and on-site junction solutions.
  • Carry out thermal transmittance and acoustic attenuation calculations.
  • Perform structural calculations and dimensioning.

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of aluminium systems for architecture.
  • Strong and demonstrable proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Previous contact and relationships with architectural practices, property developers and construction companies within the Cataluña region.
