Industrial Painter
Your missions:
- The industrial painter is responsible for surface treatment and finishing of aluminium profiles on the powder coating line.
- Carry out powder coating operations in compliance with quality, safety and productivity requirements.
Your key activities:
Preparation
- Prepare aluminium profiles before treatment: cleaning, degreasing, masking.
- Check that parts meet specifications before application.
Setup and application
- Set up and adjust powder coating equipment (spray guns, booths, parameters).
- Apply powder in line with standards: thickness, uniformity, colour.
- Hang and remove profiles from racks when required.
Inspection
- Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections.
- Identify and report defects: misses, excessive thickness, contamination and surface defects.
- Report any non-conformities.
Organisation and working environment
- Keep the workstation and equipment clean.
- Work in coordination with the production team.
- Strictly follow health, safety and hygiene regulations.
Your profile:
- Do you have initial experience in an industrial environment, ideally in powder coating?
- Able to prepare surfaces (cleaning, degreasing, masking).
- Comfortable using powder coating equipment and basic settings.
- Good eye for detecting defects and ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Detail-oriented and strictly follow quality and safety standards.
- Able to work effectively in a team and prioritise production tasks.
- Capable of reacting quickly and reporting any issues.
- CAP/BEP vocational training or equivalent experience is desirable.
