Thermal break

Systems with thermal break use polyamide to break heat conduction along aluminium profiles.

Thermal break improves energy efficiency, limits internal condensation and enables double finishing that provides windows with varied appearance, different on the outside and inside a facility.

Exlabesa has eleven state-of-the-art polyamide assembly lines, which install 8 to 56 mm polyamid elements. Furthermore, Exlabesa Extrusion Padrón is the first of our plants in Spain to be able to manufacture QB certified profiles.
