CNC Programmer

At Exlabesa, we are looking for a CNC Programmer to join our team at our Picaraña (Padrón) site, with the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing CNC machines for series production.
  • Changing tooling.
  • Carrying out tests.
  • Calibrating and adjusting machines.
  • On-machine programming.
  • CAD/CAM programming.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Higher Vocational Training qualification (Advanced VET) in Mechanical Manufacturing, Production Programming in Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechatronics or a similar field.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of machining machine controls, programming medium-to-long production runs, setting up horizontal and vertical machines, tooling adjustment, quality parameter checks, technical drawing interpretation, etc.
  • Knowledge of Mastercam would be an advantage.
  • Experience using databases (Microsoft Excel) will be considered an asset.
