Exlabesa inaugurates a new production line in Asilah and strengthens its growth in Morocco.

At Exlabesa, we remain committed to sustainable growth and industrial innovation. On May 30th, we officially inaugurated our third aluminium profile production line (PR-3) at the Asilah plant in Morocco. This new facility marks a key milestone in our expansion strategy and reinforces our commitment to the development of the country, where we have been present for nearly two decades.

With this expansion, we significantly increase our production capacity to meet the growing demand for high-quality aluminium solutions, particularly in the architecture and industrial sectors.

Authorities and institutional representatives attend the inauguration of the new extrusion line in Morocco.

The inauguration of the PR-3 line took place at the Kaye Aluminium Tanger – Exlabesa industrial complex, located in the Bughenun area.

The event brought together numerous authorities, including Mr. Enrique Ojeda Vila, the Spanish Ambassador to Morocco, who highlighted the strategic importance of this investment. In his words:

“The new production line being inaugurated here today is a magnificent example of the strategic partnership between Morocco and Spain — a partnership aimed at creating a hub of progress and prosperity for our countries and our societies. (…) With projects like this one, we continue building the horizon for 2030, moving beyond this partnership in a spirit of collaboration and cooperation between Spain and Morocco.”

For Exlabesa, the new PR-3 line represents much more than a technological advancement; it is a social and economic commitment to the region. As highlighted by Francisco Quintá Mariño, the company’s president:
