ARS-77 Slim

The ARS-77 Slim has been conceived as a high-performance window system, designed for projects where architectural design makes a real difference, combining advanced technology with a carefully defined aesthetic.

It is characterised by a 75 mm visible sash-to-frame section, one of the most reduced on the market, enabling an exceptionally slender profile and a larger glazed area. This enhances natural light ingress and provides a sense of visual lightness to the overall composition.

Its industrial-inspired design, reinterpreted in aluminium with strong lines and a stepped geometry, evokes traditional steel joinery. This aesthetic makes it well suited to contemporary projects, refurbishments, and spaces with an industrial or Art Deco style.

From a technical perspective, it incorporates a 34 mm thermal break, EPDM gaskets and polyethylene foams, ensuring excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. With Uf values of 1.6 W/m²K and Uw values as low as 0.8 W/m²K, together with features such as concealed hardware, micro-ventilation and a concealed frame with drainage, it delivers efficiency, comfort and streamlined fabrication within the ARS platform.

Design

The ARS-77 Slim stands out for its 75 mm visible section and stepped aesthetic, designed to replicate the appearance of steel joinery in aluminium. It allows glazing units of up to 59 mm, maximising natural light ingress and delivering a strong, well-defined architectural expression.

Features

The system incorporates a 34 mm thermal break, a central EPDM gasket and cellular polyethylene foams, enhancing both thermal performance and watertightness. The safety wedge ensures correct load distribution on the hardware. The internal glazing bead facilitates manufacturing processes.

Performance

It is distinguished by its high thermal and acoustic efficiency, with Uw values as low as 0.8 W/m²K, Uf values of 1.6 W/m²K and sound insulation up to 44 dB (-1;-3). It also achieves excellent results in AEV testing (Class 4 / E2400 / C5), ensuring optimal performance in demanding conditions.

Options

The ARS-77 Slim integrates options such as concealed hardware, micro-ventilation and a frame with concealed drainage, allowing the system to be adapted to different technical and aesthetic requirements without compromising its design identity.
