Exlabesa Architecture presents its new and innovative range of products exclusively at Veteco 2024
Exlabesa Architecture, a leading company in the design and manufacture of aluminium systems for architecture, will once again be present at Veteco, the leading national and international event for professionals in the window, facade and solar protection sector.
In this edition, Exlabesa will expand its exhibition presence, presenting its most exclusive and innovative offer in both products and services in recent years, with a clear focus on innovation, design, digitalisation and circularity.
In this regard, the company will set up a 400 m2 stand, where it will exhibit its latest innovations developed in recent months by its Engineering and Development department, in response to the main requirements and trends in architecture today.
In this way, the fair will be the setting for important launches in all the company’s product categories, including both novelties and improvements in the most consolidated systems as well as new developments of exclusive systems. An ambitious proposal to respond to all the needs of the market that will mark a before and after in the glazing sector at a European level.
During the event, there will be major advances in its flagship systems, such as the motorised version of the CRS-140 minimalist sliding system, an extremely versatile large-format solution which, thanks to this new development, will allow the integration of sheets weighing up to 800 kg.
In the hinged series, and in line with the latest trends, Exlabesa is committed to minimalist designs such as the ARS-72 HO and ARS-72 Mínima concealed sash windows, which offer a stylised and elegant aesthetic. However, the great novelty in this area will be the launch of the ARS-62 and ARS-72 series with exposed sash that achieve exceptional thermal values, together with the innovative ARS-77 Slim window, a hinged system with ultra-reduced visible sections.
Among the novelties, the new BRS-82 bi-folding door also stands out, one of the most complete and innovative systems on the market that will surprise with its central intersection of leaves of only 109 mm and its reduced threshold solution that allows an obstacle-free transition between indoors and outdoors.
The new Glass Rail Pro series of glass balustrades will also be one of the main protagonists in the space. This new glass railing system, tested in accordance with CTE and UNE standards, stands out both for its optimised design and for the numerous solutions designed to make it as easy as possible to install on site.
The fair will also be the occasion to present new product categories that further expand the company’s portfolio, such as the IDS-30 series, a solution for doors and interior partitions that stands out for its industrial design and ease of assembly without complex machining operations, while optimising workshop times and reducing manufacturing costs.
The new EDW-160 – Exlabesa Decorative Wall – aluminium cladding will also be presented. These new decorative panels, thanks to their innovative design that allows the integration of LED lighting, are an aesthetic and functional solution that can transform the appearance of both facades and interior spaces in a simple and durable way.
Visitors will also be able to discover a new mechanical assembly portal system, which offers a multitude of opening configurations and infill options, simplifying manufacturing through mechanical assembly without welding.
Other new products include the expansion of the Iconic collection of exclusive design handles and the presentation of the ESC (Exlabesa Solar Control) series, recently launched. This range of slats incorporates innovative sections of up to 400 mm with rectangular, elliptical and trapezoidal designs, and will improve the energy efficiency of buildings by adding design and personality to each project.
In the field of facades, visitors will also be able to discover Exlabesa’s unique macro-extrusion capabilities for the manufacture of bespoke facades with virtually no limits.
All this without forgetting RE-local 100, the 100% post-consumer recycled aluminium brand verified by Bureau Veritas, manufactured entirely in Exlabesa’s foundries with scrap from end-of-life products. This recycled aluminium will be one of the highlights as it allows sustainable solutions that promote circular construction to be made available to all agents in the value chain.
In the digitalisation section, the Exlabesa 360 platform, presented at the previous edition of the fair, will also offer important new features, including new functionalities for generating thermal and acoustic technical reports and the new CE marking service, which further expand the possibilities of this tool, designed to facilitate the management of architectural projects.
