At Exlabesa, we continue to expand our range of aluminium system solutions, offering proposals that integrate design, efficiency, and functionality. At Construmat 2025, we will present a carefully selected range of systems that respond to the current needs of the architectural sector, with a focus on contemporary aesthetics, sustainability, and ease of fabrication and installation. Here are some of the key new features we will be unveiling in aluminium doors and windows:

  • ARS 72 Mínima Window. This casement window system, available in visible sash, semi-concealed sash, and fully concealed sash versions, minimises the visible profile to achieve a clean and sophisticated appearance, perfectly aligned with the latest trends in architectural design.
  • ARS-77 Slim Window. This innovative window redefines the concept of minimal framing, with an ultra-slim visible section of just 75 mm. Its ultra-thin profiles and industrial aesthetic make it the ideal solution for projects seeking the perfect balance between elegance and functionality.
  • ECW-50 Curtain Wall. With a visible section of just 50 mm in its supporting structure, this system allows for the creation of lightweight, visually appealing, and technically robust façades that meet the most demanding resistance standards. Its minimalist design supports large glazed surfaces, maximising natural light and delivering a modern architectural expression.
  • IDS-30 System. Our interior door and partitioning system combines industrial-inspired design with exceptional ease of assembly, thanks to its innovative Quickfit joining system. This aluminium solution is ideal for creating fixed or mobile partitions, optimising natural light intake and offering great flexibility in space distribution.
  • BRS-82 Folding Door. One of the standout new products at Construmat 2025, this folding door features a minimalist design, with a central mullion of only 109 mm — unique in the market — and a flat threshold of just 15 mm. Its structure is designed to create large, open, and seamlessly connected spaces.
  • CRS-140 Sliding Door. Our flagship system for large openings will be presented in its motorised version, combining minimalist aesthetics with excellent versatility and user comfort. It supports maximum dimensions of 4000 x 4000 mm, weights of up to 800 kg, and glazing thicknesses of up to 42 mm, making it the ideal choice for technically demanding projects.
  • CRS-155 Lift-and-Slide Door. This sliding system stands out for its elegant design, with an extremely slim visible sash, a fully flush bottom frame, a central meeting section of just 50 mm, and the capacity to support up to 400 kg per sash.

With the aim of providing further innovative solutions for architecture, Exlabesa will showcase at Construmat 2025 a selection of aluminium systems that combine functionality, efficiency, and design—perfectly suited to the needs of any architectural project.

  • EDW-160 Decorative Cladding. Our façade cladding system stands out for its elegant design and wide range of customisation options, including easy LED lighting integration and bespoke timber-effect profiles. Installation is quick and straightforward, as the slats are mounted onto a robust aluminium substructure, ensuring precise alignment.
  • EGS Entrances. Our innovative mechanically assembled entrance system will be presented exclusively at Construmat 2025. With a weld-free design, it enables fast and easy manufacturing and installation, and offers extensive flexibility in terms of opening configurations, styles, and infill types.
  • ESC Solar Shading Louvres. Available in elliptical, rectangular, and trapezoidal formats, up to 400 mm in size, ESC louvres are designed to control solar incidence and enhance the building’s energy efficiency. At the same time, they contribute an elegant and customised aesthetic to any façade.
  • Glass Rail PRO. This glass balustrade system enhances the aesthetic qualities of glass while ensuring maximum safety. Its transparency and visual continuity add value to any space, creating a seamless connection with the outdoors.
  • Patio PRO Pergola. Our advanced bioclimatic pergola features a screw-free design and is specially engineered for installation in structures up to 7 metres long. Its cutting-edge design blends functionality with style, transforming outdoor areas into comfortable and visually striking environments.
