Exlabesa’s Channel 16 RS-77 system combines a modern, contemporary look with optimum technical performance, where its security and energy saving features are particularly noteworthy.

Design

The RS-77 HH casement window has a contemporary appearance that adds elegance to any building. The sharp straight lines of its structure make it fit the contemporary canons in architecture and reaches its maximum expression in its concealed hinges version.

Features

The casement window system RS-77 HH 16 Groove has 77 mm deep outer frame and 35 mm polyamides for thermal break. It has a multitude of adjustable locking points and its sashes are reinforced with hardware that completely covers its channels.

Performance

The RS-77 HH system has been designed to provide high energy efficiency with a class 4, class E1500 and class CE3100 in weather tests. It has the possibility of adding cellular polyethylene foams in the hollow spaces, reaching the best value of the entire range in terms of U values with Uf of 1.6 W/m²K.

Possibilities

The RS-77 HH system offers virtually all types of openings, including folding and tilt-and-turn. A concealed hinge version is available, as well as multiple outer frames and sash sizes to meet specific needs.
