Design
The EMS system has been designed with careful attention to detail to integrate elegantly and discreetly into sliding door systems. Its slim-profile section maintains a clean aesthetic that does not alter the original design of the joinery. The 52 mm perimeter sash provides visual balance, while the integrated exterior handle ensures comfortable and practical operation. Additionally, it offers the option of a recessed lock on both sides of the sash, enhancing functionality and security.
Structure
The EMS system has been developed to provide effective natural ventilation without compromising insect protection or clear views to the outside. Its carefully optimised crossbar allows the use of large meshes while maintaining tension and preventing deformation during use.
Possibilities
Versatility is one of the main advantages of the EMS system. It is available in two versions: one specifically integrated into the CFS-65 and CRS-77 eLite sliding systems, and another as an independent solution, compatible with any existing joinery system on the market. This flexibility makes it an ideal solution for both new constructions and renovations.
Manufacturing
The EMS system stands out for its efficiency in both manufacturing and installation. Its compatibility with standard components—such as brackets, seals, and strikes—used in the CFS-65 and CRS-77 eLite systems helps to minimise the number of required parts, simplify assembly, and optimise stock management in the workshop. In addition, it incorporates dedicated dies for all its profiles, allowing precise machining, speeding up production, and ensuring consistent, high-quality finishes.
