Resounding success for Exlabesa Architecture at Veteco 2024 with a renewed range of products and innovative solutions

Exlabesa Architecture’s participation in Veteco 2024 has been a huge success, attracting the attention of thousands of visitors and national and international clients at the leading trade fair for the window, façade and solar protection sector in southern Europe. During the event, which took place between the 5th and 8th of November at IFEMA Madrid, we were able to showcase the latest and most innovative range of windows and façades on the market, with more than 30 products and solutions that respond to the main requirements and trends in architecture today.

In addition to the great number of national professionals, we also received an important amount of international visitors, reaffirming the global dimension of Exlabesa, which has factories in 8 countries and maintains commercial relations with more than 50 countries.

The most innovative range of aluminium systems for architecture

In a 400 m² stand, we presented important launches and advances in all product categories, highlighting our innovative character and firm commitment to design, energy efficiency, and sustainability as the company’s differentiating factors.

One of the big stars was the minimalist CRS-140 sliding door, presented at the fair in a stunning motorised version, which requires no additional profiles for installation and guarantees an exceptional user experience, as well as an impressive 4-metre-high configuration with manual opening, 400-kilogram sashes and a glazed area of 99%.

Among the new highlights is the BRS-82, a bi-fold door with a flat threshold solution and an ultra-slim profile of only 109 mm, unique in the market. The ARS-72 range of hinged windows with exposed sash, concealed sash and minimal sash generated a great deal of interest for their combination of minimalist aesthetics and premium performance, while the ARS-77 Slim, presented for the first time, attracted a great deal of attention with its ultra-small exposed section of just 75 mm and industrial aesthetics.

The innovative IDS-30 door and partition system with hinged, sliding and pivoting opening doors and internal partitions surprised not only with its industrial-style aesthetics but also with its simple, machining- and die-cutting-free manufacturing. Meanwhile, the Glass Rail PRO glass railing system , recently launched on the market, stood out with its 6 assembly options, optimised profiles and multiple solutions that facilitate and industrialise its on-site installation.

Other significant innovations that were part of this event were the exclusive EDW-160 system, a series of decorative wall coverings for interiors and exteriors with the option of integrating LED lighting, and the EGS system – Exlabesa Gate System – a robust and versatile solution to manufacture gates (hinged or sliding) using a simple mechanical joint system.

In addition, there were also consolidated products from the Exlabesa catalogue such as the PRS-72 entrance door, with a 3-metre-high panelled version and LED lighting in the integrated handle, or a new configuration of the S-lim sliding door with an embedded perimeter.

Finally, we have also showcased our wide range of options for the creation of façades, from efficient curtain wall systems to the new ESC – Exlabesa Solar control – solar protection louvres, which incorporate innovative sections of up to 400 mm (manufactured in a single piece) to improve the energy efficiency of buildings, bringing design and personality to each project.

All this combined with Exlabesa’s unique macro extrusion capabilities, which allow us to extrude large and highly complex profiles to create unique façades without limits.

In the digital field we also displayed the Exlabesa 360 platform, recently updated with new functionalities, including a powerful generator of acoustic, thermal and CE marking reports, designed to optimise the management of building projects in all their phases.

This digital platform also allows Exlabesa’s clients to access the status of their orders and shipments in real time, check their invoices and delivery notes, generate updated sales prices or view and download all the technical documentation for their systems, such as technical manuals, BIM objects, CAD sections, tests, etc.

Boosting circular building

In the field of sustainability and decarbonisation, RE-local 100, the 100% post-consumer recycled aluminium billet, certified by Bureau Veritas and with an almost zero carbon footprint (0.5 kg CO2eq/kg Al), demonstrated Exlabesa’s commitment to circularity in the building sector. This material, manufactured entirely in the multinational’s foundries from scrap products at the end of their useful life, represents a decisive boost towards a circular building model, offering high quality solutions with a near-zero carbon footprint.

This new Exlabesa participation in Veteco 2024 has been a milestone for us, positioning us as the most dynamic and innovative multinational company in the field of building enclosures and façades at a national, European and global level, while reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
