Madrid Association of Registrars
Located in the iconic Salamanca district, the building of the Madrid Association of Registrars boasts a renovated façade with a dynamic and contemporary feel following its refurbishment. Its most distinctive feature is the large-format vertical aluminium slats, extruded by Exlabesa, as part of the project developed by the construction company Copasa and the Hand Arquitectura studio.
This system of protruding linear elements not only gives the building a unique architectural character, but also acts as a solar filter, promoting transparency and visual connection with the surroundings. In addition to its aesthetic value, the use of aluminium—a durable and recyclable material—reinforces the building’s environmental commitment.
At Exlabesa, our unique industrial capabilities allow us to shape fully customised architectural envelopes, adapted to the specific needs of each project. Thanks to an advanced extrusion process and a flexible approach to design and production, we are able to develop custom aluminium profiles that precisely meet the functional, technical and aesthetic requirements of contemporary architecture.
From large formats to complex technical solutions, we create systems that combine innovation, efficiency and high-quality finishes. This adaptability, together with our in-depth knowledge of the material, allows us to offer unique solutions that respond to demanding construction challenges and bring real added value to each project.
