Amara Homes
Amara Homes is a residential complex located in Las Rozas (Madrid) developed by Neinor Homes. This large-scale development has more than 300 homes with 2 to 4 bedrooms.
This project has been developed by the architectural studio L35 and executed by the construction company Sacyr, with the collaboration of Aludeco Metálicas for the installation of our metallic carpentry.
Description of the project
Amara Homes is located in a residential development in the area known as La Marazuela. It stands out for its tranquillity and privileged natural surroundings with views of the Sierra de Madrid.
Its proximity to the centre of Madrid and the wide range of basic services, together with the quality of its architecture and the materials used, make Amara Homes a unique project. Neinor thus manages to offer the highest standards of comfort, security and quality of life to its residents.
All the homes have a practical and modern layout, with a double orientation that provides great luminosity. Its location, with views of the Madrid mountains, makes the connection with the outside world one of the main characteristics of Amara Homes. With this in mind, Exlabesa Architecture’s carpentry and external enclosures have been chosen to provide design and great luminosity, such as the ARS-72 HO, the S-LIM and the Glass Rail glass railing.
Another noteworthy feature is the commitment to sustainability. Amara Homes has the BREEAM certificate thanks to the use of passive systems to improve the energy efficiency of the building. A recognition to which we have contributed with our ARS-72 HO and S-LIM systems, as both have an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) that contributes to obtaining environmental certificates such as BREEAM, LEAF and VERDE.
Aluminium systems
At Amara Homes, they have used Exlabesa Architecture’s ARS-72 HO, S-LIM windows and doors and the Glass Rail glass balustrade:
The ARS-72 HO concealed leaf hinged system optimises its configuration to achieve an appearance that gives elegance to any building, as in the case of Amara Homes. Likewise, it provides an excellent solution to the functional aspects of the most demanding projects with great performance.
The S-LIM sliding system gives centre stage to the glass without sacrificing excellent technical performance. Thanks to its central knot of only 35 mm, it interferes as little as possible with the flow of light. In projects such as Amara Homes, where luminosity plays such an important role, the S-LIM is the best option.
Finally, our Glass Rail railing system has been designed to provide a high degree of safety with zero visual interruptions, as well as allowing for 6 different mounting options.
