Unlike conventional systems that require complex processes such as welding, the EGS aluminium gate is made up of 100% compatible profiles, assembled using screwed mechanical aluminium joints, ensuring a robust, perfectly aligned structure that is easy to assemble.
The gate design can be configured with different infill options according to the aesthetic and functional needs of the project:
- 20 mm louvres or vertical bars screwed onto the cap profiles of uprights and mullions.
- 25 mm louvres inserted into the uprights and mullions of the gate.
The assembly system is completed with an aluminium joint connector (A), which ensures firm and stable corners. One half of the connector is fixed to the base profile, while the other is attached to the perpendicular profile, guaranteeing a precise and durable fixation.
Thanks to its modular structure, it is possible to replace individual profiles in case of damage without needing to replace the entire gate. This extends the product’s lifespan and also reduces maintenance costs over time.
