Exlabesa’s 29 extrusion lines have the capacity to extrude profiles from 13 to 85 MN, so we can design and manufacture aluminium profiles to create the most demanding building envelopes on the market. These macro-extrusion capacities span Exlabesa’s 10 production centres around the world.
In order to carry out these projects, the Exlabesa Technical Office is at the disposal of our clients to carry out all the personalised studies that ensure the viability of each project in all its phases. This technical department for facades covers every detail from consultancy to development, production feasibility, selection of the appropriate aluminium alloy, finishes and logistics.
