The ARS-82 is the most premium solution within the ARS range, combining outstanding thermal performance, minimalist design, and optimized production efficiency in a high value-added system. Its slim visible sash-frame section of just 85 mm maximizes natural light entry while delivering a clean, modern, and elegant aesthetic.

With a thermal transmittance value of Uf 1.2 W/m²K, the ARS-82 ensures excellent insulation performance even under demanding climatic conditions, helping to meet the strictest energy efficiency requirements. In its Passivhaus-certified configuration, it achieves a Uf value of 0.978 W/m²K, making it an ideal solution for Nearly Zero-Energy Buildings (NZEB) and projects developed under the highest international energy-efficiency standards.

The system also integrates advanced comfort and functionality features such as micro-ventilation, concealed drainage, and hidden hardware, enhancing both usability and aesthetics.

Its full compatibility with the ARS platform enables process standardization, component sharing, and workshop optimization, reducing operational costs and stock requirements.

Design

The ARS-82 features an 85 mm visible section, designed to maximise the glazed area. It accommodates glazing units of up to 78 mm, increasing natural light intake and delivering a light, minimalist and contemporary aesthetic, ideal for projects seeking brightness and sophistication.

Features

Its structure, with a 44 mm polyamide, an EPDM central gasket and cellular polystyrene foams, ensures superior thermal and acoustic insulation. The security glazing packer guarantees correct load transfer to the hardware, enhancing the durability and reliability of the system.

Performance

The system achieves a thermal transmittance value of Uf 1.2 W/m²K, which can reach up to 0.978 W/m²K in its Passivhaus-certified version. It also offers Uw values of up to 0.74 W/m²K and 0.73 W/m²K in the Passivhaus configuration, ensuring outstanding thermal comfort even in demanding climates while significantly reducing the building’s energy demand. In addition, its acoustic insulation capacity of 44 dB and its AEV classification Class 4/E1950/C5 guarantee exceptional performance against noise and severe weather conditions.
