Sales Representative Tarragona (M/F)
At Exlabesa, we are recruiting a person for the sales department for the Tarragona area.
The mission of the position will be to contribute directly to the achievement of annual sales targets in the area under your responsibility, ensure customer loyalty to our brand and guarantee maximum customer satisfaction.
Job responsibilities
- Execute the sales plan, ensuring the loyalty and profitability of the assigned customer portfolio.
- In collaboration with the technical team, ensure that projects specified with our products are executed by the company’s customer network.
- Increase the brand’s presence in the assigned area by prospecting, identifying, attracting and developing new customers (metal carpenters, façade builders, glaziers, window manufacturers).
- Commercial management of the assigned customer portfolio in terms of order tracking, preparation and follow-up of offers, presentation of new products and/or services, and incident
- resolution.
- Train the customer portfolio in the correct manufacture of the brand’s carpentry systems.
- Branch: Ensure minimum turnover of products in stock at the branch / Adapt products in stock to the demands of customers in the area / Collaborate with the warehouse manager in optimising transport routes.

Requirements
- Proven experience and knowledge of metalwork / sales of aluminium carpentry systems / manufacture and production of windows.
- Valid driving licence (category B).
- Willingness to travel.
- Technical training in architecture or similar would be an advantage.
