Job mission
Contribute directly to the achievement of annual sales targets in your area of responsibility, ensure customer loyalty to our brand and guarantee maximum satisfaction.
Job responsibilities
- Execute the sales plan, ensuring the loyalty and profitability of the assigned customer portfolio.
- Increase the brand’s presence in the assigned area by prospecting, identifying, attracting and developing new customers (metalwork, glasswork, window manufacturers).
- Commercial management of the assigned customer portfolio in terms of order tracking, preparation and follow-up of offers, presentation of new products and/or services, and incident resolution.
- Train the customer portfolio in the correct preparation of the brand’s carpentry systems and in the use of the company’s digital tools.
- Branch: Ensure minimum turnover of products in stock at the branch / Adapt products in stock to the demands of customers in the area / Attract and develop new customers for sales from the warehouse / Collaborate with the warehouse manager in optimising transport routes.
Requirements
- Proven experience and knowledge of metal carpentry / sale of aluminium carpentry systems / manufacture and production of windows.
- Valid B driving licence.
- Willingness to travel.
- Technical training in architecture or similar would be an advantage.
