Sales Manager – North West Region
Your responsibilities:
- Prospect new markets and develop the customer portfolio.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions in collaboration with the engineering and production departments.
- Follow up on commercial offers, negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends and carry out competitive monitoring.
- Contribute to the visibility and brand image of Exlabesa Flandria at trade fairs and professional events.
Your key activities:
- Contribute to the definition of the sector’s commercial plan, based on the company’s overall strategy, and establish an action plan.
- Set objectives and strategic priorities.
- Manage the existing portfolio and drive sector development.
- Strong field presence (80% of working time).
- Promote the company’s image and reputation.
- Negotiate pricing with clients in line with defined objectives.
- Monitor market developments and competitors’ offers.
- Report to Management.
- Work closely with the internal sales representative.
Your profile:
- Higher education in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within the industrial, metallurgy, materials or construction sectors.
- Knowledge of the aluminium and/or extrusion sector would be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to understand technical challenges and work closely with technical teams.
- Leadership, autonomy, initiative and willingness to work in the field.
