Prescriber – Portugal

Exlabesa is seeking a Prescriber for Portugal, with the mission of directly contributing to the achievement of annual sales targets in their designated area, ensuring client loyalty to our brand and guaranteeing their highest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Exlabesa systems are specified in construction projects within their area of responsibility, organising and coordinating meetings with architectural firms, property developers, and construction companies.

  • Provide consultancy and technical support to clients (metal workshops, façade companies) and prescribers (architects, engineers, developers) throughout the various project phases.

  • Analyse projects and prepare budgets, optimising materials to ensure the competitiveness of proposals.

  • Prepare technical reports for projects.

  • Develop construction details and project solutions.

  • Perform calculations of thermal transmittance and acoustic/insulation performance.

  • Calculate and dimension structural elements.

 

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge in aluminium systems for architecture.

  • Proven proficiency in AutoCAD.

  • Previous experience liaising with architectural firms, developers, and construction companies in Portugal.
