Packer Grade 2

 

Your missions:

The Packer performs a series of manual operations related to the sorting and packing of aluminium profiles on a workbench.
They work in accordance with production and quality requirements, as well as hygiene and safety standards.

 

Your key activities:

  • Preparation and stocking of the workstation

Stock and organise the packing workstation with aluminium profiles, check the availability of necessary materials, and maintain a clean and safe working area.

  • Quality control and product compliance

Visually inspect profiles (surface defects, cuts, lengths), isolate non-compliant pieces, weigh the packages, and record production data (number of lengths, packages, weight, etc.).

  • Packing and compliance with packaging standards

Carry out packing according to defined codes, ensure proper securing of packages (stability, strapping, height), follow the production schedule, and organise the transfer to the storage area in coordination with the forklift operator.

  • Performance monitoring and supervision

Achieve set performance targets while complying with safety and quality rules, manage a packing table independently, guide Grade 1 packers, and report any anomalies to the supervisor.
