Electro-Automation Technician
Your missions:
- Perform preventive, corrective, paliative and improvement maintenance on electrical and automation production equipment.
- Work from diagrams, manufacturer documentation or layout plans, complying with safety regulations and production targets.
- Carry out installations and modifications of electrical, electrotechnical and automation equipment.
- Prepare and repair equipment in the workshop.
Key activities:
- Identify and carry out corrective or paliative maintenance interventions according to the situation, using maintenance fault histories in electrical, electrotechnical and automation domains.
- Perform preventive maintenance (cleaning, tightening, component replacement, etc.) of production equipment.
- Record information in intervention tracking and parts usage systems (logbook, CMMS) and transmit data to the relevant department.
- Provide technical support to production, quality and other services.
- Perform shift handovers.
- Maintain close coordination with the production department to organise solutions in case of technical issues requiring line transfers.
- Communicate faults, diagnostics and key interventions in daily meetings.
- Carry out repair work and produce parts in the workshop.
- Participate in defining maintenance procedures, operational methods, technical datasheets and monitoring tools.
Your profile:
- Qualified in maintenance (level BAC to BAC +2) with at least 3 years’ experience.
- Competent in maintenance techniques, electrical diagnostics and automation, with knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Proficient in using CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System).
