Commercial Manager – Southerm region
Reporting to the Commercial Management, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy within your area of responsibility.
Your missions:

Prospect new markets and develop the client portfolio.

Identify customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions in collaboration with the design office and production team.

Follow up on commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Analyse market trends and carry out competitive intelligence.
-
Contribute to the visibility and image of Exlabesa Flandria at trade fairs and professional events.
Key activities:

Participate in defining the sector’s commercial plan, based on the company’s overall strategy, and establish an action plan.

Set objectives and priority areas.
-
Manage the existing portfolio and drive sector development.
-
Strong presence in the field (80% of working time).
-
Promote the company’s image and visibility.
-
Negotiate pricing with clients according to set targets.
-
Monitor market developments and competitor offerings.
-
Report to Management.

Work closely with your internal commercial counterpart.
Your profile:
-
Higher education in commerce, engineering, or equivalent.
-
Proven experience in a B2B commercial role, ideally in the industrial, metallurgy, materials, or construction sectors.

Knowledge of the aluminium and/or extrusion sector is a plus.

Strong negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset.

Ability to understand technical issues and work with technical teams.

Leadership, autonomy, initiative, and a hands-on approach.
