¿Buscas tu primera experiencia profesional en el sector de los Recursos Humanos? Exlabesa te da la oportunidad de conocer de primera mano el funcionamiento del Departamento de RRHH de una empresa multinacional en crecimiento.

En Exlabesa ofrecemos una beca que te permitirá desarrollarte colaborando en la realización de las siguientes funciones:

  • Elaboración de descripciones de puesto y coordinación de los procesos de selección en función de las necesidades departamentales.
  • Publicación de ofertas en portales de empleo y web corporativa.
  • Filtro curricular, realización de entrevistas de cribado, y coordinación de entrevistas con managers.
  • Preparación de ofertas y gestión de contratos.
  • Registro de las altas en los ficheros y actualización de los mismos.
  • Contacto directo con Empresas de Contratación Temporal.
  • Seguimiento de registros horarios.
  • Análisis y seguimiento del absentismo laboral.
  • Participar en la organización de la formación.
  • Elaboración y mantenimiento de los reportes.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos.
  • Conocimientos de ofimática; dominio del paquete Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Proactividad y capacidad organizativa.
  • Excelentes habilidades sociales.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Padrón o en Valga.
  • Se valorarán conocimientos de inglés.
  • No se requiere experiencia previa.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

  • Puesto a jornada completa (lu – vi de 8:00 a 14:00 y de 15:00 a 17:00).
  • 6 meses de duración renovables por otros 6 meses.
  • Beca remunerada.
