Técnico/a de obras y proyectos – Prescriptor/a

En Exlabesa Architecture estamos buscando un/a Técnico/a de Obras y Proyectos – Prescriptor/a para nuestras instalaciones de Valga con las siguientes funciones:

  1. Conseguir que los sistemas Exlabesa sean prescritos en los proyectos de edificación de la zona bajo su responsabilidad organizando y coordinando reuniones con estudios de arquitectura, promotoras inmobiliarias y constructoras.
  2. Consultoría y asistencia técnica a clientes (carpinterías metálicas, fachadistas) y prescriptores (arquitectos/as, ingenieros/as, promotoras) durante las diferentes fases de los proyectos.
  3. Estudio de obras y elaboración de presupuestos optimizando los materiales que aseguren la competitividad de las ofertas.
  4. Realización de informes técnicos para proyectos.
  5. Elaboración de detalles constructivos y encuentros en obra.
  6. Realización de cálculos de transmitancias térmicas y atenuación acústica.
  7. Cálculo y dimensionamiento de estructuras.

Formación especializada/conocimientos requeridos

  • Grado en Arquitectura o Ingeniería Técnica / Ciclo superior en Edificación y Obra Civil o similar
  • Dominio y conocimientos demostrables en Autocad

Formación especializada/conocimientos deseados

  • Experiencia y conocimientos en sistemas de aluminio para la arquitectura.
  • Conocimientos de software de carpintería (Logikal o similar)
