Programador/a CNC

En Exlabesa somos referente mundial en la extrusión de perfiles de aluminio. Queremos hacer del aluminio una solución que permita descubrir nuevas formas de arquitectura e industria. Para ello necesitamos contar con los y las mejores profesionales.

Requisitos

-Formación mínima de FP Superior en la rama de Fabricación Mecánica, mecatrónica o similar
– Dotes de liderazgo
– Conocimientos en: control de máquinas de mecanizado, programando series medias-largas y realizando puestas a punto de máquinas horizontales y verticales, ajuste de utillajes, verificación de parámetros de calidad, interpretación de planos, etc.
– Deseables conocimientos en MasterCAM
– Se valorará manejo de bases de datos (Microsoft Excel)

 

Funciones:

– Preparación de las máquinas CNC para la producción en serie
– Cambios de utillaje
– Realización de pruebas
– Calibración y ajuste de las máquinas
– Programación a pie de máquina
– Programación CAD/CAM
