Internal Sales

Exlabesa is looking for an Internal Sales professional for its Doncaster site with the following duties:

  • Managing deadlines and liaising with various departments to ensure timely orders delivery and managing customer expectations.
  • Processing and registering sales orders.
  • Preparing and issuing sales paperwork.
  • Processing and management of customer claims.
  • Deal directly with customer and reps inquiries, phone calls, emails (order status / stock queries / claims etc.).
  • Internal follow up of customer orders status until dispatch, back orders.
  • Coordinate with internal team (warehouse, purchases, dispatch, sales reps) to update customers on their order status, shipments, delivery times, supply options…
  • Prepare customer service reports.

Requirements

  • Customer service B2B experience is desirable.
  • Proficiency in office tools (experience with ERPs is recommended).
  • Proactive and autonomous attitude.
