PRS-72

The PRS-72 entrance door system has been developed to meet the requirements of any building project in terms of resistance, insulation, security and style. The versatility of this flush system allows the use of glass or panel in its leaf, bringing elegance to any space with both options. It also makes it possible to adapt the outer frame for installation in curtain wall systems.

Design

The PRS-72 aluminium door enjoys a modern design, allowing the installation of panel or glass in its leaf. Both offer a superb aesthetic result, thanks in part to their straight lines.

Features

The PRS-72 entrance door system has a hardware that supports a maximum weight of up to 180 kg, 20 mm polyamides, external sealing gasket and 20 mm threshold. The glazed version allows a maximum glazing of 60 mm, while the panel version is configured with 1.5 mm sheets, insulation foam and 8 mm boards.

Performance

The PRS-72 system offers great thermal and insulation results thanks to reaching 2.4 W/m²K (Uf), Class 4, E900 and C5 in AEV tests and 40 dB(-1,-3) in acoustic insulation. It has also been certified with 1,000,000 opening and locking cycles and impact tests, achieving an excellent Class 4.

Possibilities

The paneled and glazed versions of the PRS-72 have leaves that can accommodate needle locks up to 35 mm, including swinging latches in the panel version. They also allow the possibility of using anti-bi-metal polyamide.
