Casa Poniente, in Murcia, is conceived through a refined spatial strategy that, on a compact plot, succeeds in enhancing the perception of scale through a precise layout and a carefully crafted relationship with the outdoors. The house is arranged in an L-shape around an infinity pool, which serves as both the landscape focal point and the organising element of the project.

The scheme is defined by a sober and contemporary architectural language, where volume, natural light and the continuity between inside and outside shape the spatial experience. Large glazed surfaces dissolve the boundaries with the surrounding landscape, strengthening the connection with the environment and reinforcing a sense of openness, horizontality and lightness.

CRS-77 eLite: architecture open to the outdoors

Within this dialogue, the Exlabesa CRS-77 eLite system provides a high-performance technical solution that plays a key role in defining the project. Its minimalist design, combined with a central interlock of just 35 mm, maximises the visual continuity of the glazing and reduces the presence of the frame to an almost immaterial condition, enhancing the purity of the glazed surface.
