At Exlabesa, we place innovation and technological development at the heart of our participation in VETECO 2026
  • We will present our latest developments in windows, doors and façades, together with our R&D capabilities, building envelope engineering and specialised technical support for industry professionals.

Innovation and technological development will once again take centre stage in our participation in VETECO 2026, for which we are putting the finishing touches to our preparations. From 10 to 13 November at IFEMA Madrid, we will present our latest developments in aluminium systems for architecture, highlighting our in-house development capabilities and the work of an international team of more than 30 professionals who make up the largest technical and R&D office specialising in aluminium systems in the Iberian Peninsula.

Design and high performance: new possibilities for architecture

Among the main developments we will present at VETECO is the new galandage configuration of our minimalist CRS-140 sliding system, which allows the leaves to be concealed within the side walls when open, freeing up the passageway and enhancing visual and spatial continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Our CRS-155 LS lift-and-slide system will take centre stage, standing out for its extremely minimalist design, with reduced visible sections, straight, flat frames and clean lines, without compromising on first-class technical performance. The system achieves a Uw value of up to 0.9 W/(m²·K) and accommodates leaves weighing up to 400 kg and glazing up to 54 mm thick. It features a central interlock of just 50 mm, a 30 mm flat perimeter frame and the option of integrating a recessed solution with a drainage channel.

Complementing our sliding systems, we will showcase a new insect screen solution adapted to our Exlabesa systems and compatible with any sliding system on the market.

In the field of bi-folding doors, the BRS-82 incorporates a new recessed frame solution, designed to enhance its architectural integration between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Another key development will be the ARS window and door platform, which combines high performance with design and production efficiency. The compatibility of components and accessories makes it possible to optimise manufacturing times and reduce stock requirements. Key developments include the ARS-82 in its Passivhaus version and the ARS-77 Slim in a door configuration with a threshold. In addition, the ARS-72 and PRS-72 systems now feature RC2 burglar resistance certification.

In addition, the Iconic range, featuring an exclusive design, incorporates new handles for side-hung windows, including a concealed handle and minimalist handles without a backplate, as well as new multipoint pull handles and integrated actuators for sliding systems.

The Glass Rail PRO range is further enhanced by the recessed balustrade, developed for industrialised construction, which allows the system to be integrated directly into prefabricated elements using specific accessories for concealed water drainage.

Façade engineering: from concept to extrusion-ready solution

In the field of façade engineering, we have a specialised division dedicated to the design and development of bespoke solutions for architecturally complex building envelopes. Our team of engineers, with extensive experience in this field, combines structural calculations and specialised technical support with Exlabesa’s industrial capabilities in extrusion, finishing and machining.

Among our product developments, the ECW-50 curtain wall system expands its configuration options to accommodate glazing up to 70 mm thick, improves thermal transmittance values through the use of specific spacers and incorporates glazing support solutions capable of withstanding loads of up to 750 kg. Other key features include 90° corner joints, an expanded range of cover caps and specific solutions for integrating inclined transoms.

Beyond the product: technical support and solutions tailored to each project

Beyond our aluminium systems for architecture, we are committed to close collaboration with industry professionals, making our expertise and technical knowledge available to architects, developers, construction companies and window and door manufacturers to facilitate the selection of solutions tailored to the needs of each project.

This technical and commercial support accompanies professionals from specification through to project execution, through services such as Exlabesa Support Hub and the digital platform Exlabesa 360. The latter provides technical documentation, BIM objects and tools for thermal, acoustic and inertia calculations. As a new feature, it will incorporate a report generator to calculate the CO₂ emissions avoided through the use of RE-local and RE-local 100 recycled aluminium.

VETECO 2026, a meeting point for industry professionals

Our participation in VETECO 2026 will give visitors the opportunity to discover our latest developments first-hand and learn how we integrate innovation, industrial capabilities and specialised technical support into a value proposition for the construction and architecture sectors.

Throughout the exhibition, our technical and sales team will be available to architects, specifiers, window and door manufacturers and other industry professionals at Hall 9, Stand 9D03, to present our solutions, address the challenges of new projects and explore opportunities for collaboration.
