Sales Ledger Clerk – Doncaster

Main Duties:
- Matching, checking and coding invoices.
- Process and post invoices on Sage 50.
- Setting up of new customer accounts and maintaining existing account details.
- Complete sales process.
- Post cash receipts.
- Credit card expenses
- File invoices and statements.
- Liaising with creditors where needed.
- Reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessary.
- General administration duties as required.
Skills/ability:
- Excellent English (spoken and written) and good communication skills.
- Solid team working skills.
- Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature.
- Experienced in Excel and Microsoft office packages.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
- AAT (at least level 3).
- 1 year experience mínimum.
- Sage 50 knowlegde.
