Accounts administrator and payroll assistance
Exlabesa is looking for an Accounts Administrator and Payroll Assistance for its Doncaster site with the following duties:
- Process and post invoices on Sage 50
- Liaising with creditors or debtors where needed
- Reconciling balance sheets and bank accounts
- General administration duties as required
- Checking the number of hours employees have worked
- Deal with agencies of temporary staff and timesheets
- Resolving issues employees have with timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters
- Calculate staff bonus
- Recorded employees’ holidays
- Collecting employees’ details
- Reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessary
Skills/abilities:
- Excellent English (spoken and written) and good communication skills
- Solid team working skills
- Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
- Experienced in Excel and Microsoft office packages
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
