Area Sales Manager South Florida

Exlabesa is currently looking for someone to promote our portfolio of products to an existing customer base and create new business opportunities within a specified region. The requirements will be to work on own initiative and to work closely with all teams at Exlabesa HQ in Tifton (Georgia).
We are looking for someone who has a passion for this field and would like to join a fun and growing company in the South of Florida.
The ideal candidate must have:
- To be a highly self-motivated professional and have a strong track record in external selling to a manufacturing network.
- To act as the main point of contact for designated accounts.
- To liaise with field technicians to achieve effective management.
- To provide reports and customer visits in a timely manner.
- To communicate on a regular basis with customers.
- To have the ability to work on own initiative.
- To monitor customer sales value and product mix to maximize sales potential.
- Experienced in managing an area.
- To support and maintain company working practices and procedures.
- To ensure customer and company confidentiality at all times.
- Understanding the true ethic of working as one team.
- Full driving license.
- Experience at least 4/5 years in a similar role in an aluminium systems company.
