Area Sales Manager – South East

Mission
To promote the Exlabesa Building Systems portfolio of products to an existing customer base and create new business opportunities in the South East region. Increase customer loyalty providing a remarkable service at all levels.
Main duties
– To promote and build long-term relationships with existing customers to grow its loyalty.
– Communicating with existing customers on a regular basis.
– Proactively prospecting for new customers and sales opportunities aligned with the marketing strategy and sales plan.
– Maintaining and increasing sales volumes assuring area sales goals are achieved.
– To forecast sales volume potential both in existing and new customers.
– To introduce new and existing products to customers making sure they are properly trained.
– To resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions in direct contact with Quality and Customer Service departments.
– To liaise with accounting department making sure payment and credit terms are fulfil by the customers.
– To liaise with technical department to achieve effective management and problem solving.
– To provide reports and customer visits in a timely manner using the company CRM.
– To gather market information and prepare monthly sales reports.
– To support and maintain company working practices and procedures.
Requirements
– A minimum of 3 years in a similar role in the fenestration and glazing industry.
– In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
– Knowledge of Logikal (Business Micros) or any other windows & doors software will be positively considered.
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
– Understanding of the true ethic of working as one team.
– To be a highly self-motivated professional and results oriented.
– Full driving license.
– Experience in managing an area.
– Able to work on own initiative.
– To work closely with all teams at Exlabesa Building Systems HQ located in Doncaster (South Yorkshire).
