Exlabesa Extrusions Doncaster is currently looking for someone to promote the Exlabesa portfolio of products to an existing customer base and create new business opportunities in the UK. Other requirements will be to work on own initiative and to work closely with all teams at Exlabesa HQ.
As an Export Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our globally produced products within the UK market. You will act as a vital link between our international factories and UK customers, ensuring that our offerings meet local demands. Reporting to the UK Head of Sales, you will work closely with our global manufacturing sites to manage product availability, pricing, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with UK customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions from our global product range.
- Coordinate with international factories to manage the supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with customers and internal teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the UK management team, providing insights into market performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and company policies.
The ideal candidate must have:
- To be a highly self-motivated professional and have a strong track record in external selling to a manufacturing network.
- To act as the main point of contact for designated Accounts.
- To liaise with field Technicians to achieve effective management.
- To provide reports and customer visits in a timely manner.
- To communicate on a regular basis with customers.
- To have the ability to work on own initiative
- To monitor customer sales value and product mix to maximize sales potential.
- Experienced in managing an area.
- To support and maintain company working practices and procedures.
- To ensure Customer and Company confidentiality at all times.
- Understanding the true ethic of working as one team.
- Full driving license.
- Experience at least 4/5 years in a similar role in an aluminium systems company.
