We are currently recruiting an Estimator & Technical Support for our facilities in Doncaster, with the mission of answering requests for quotations and providing technical support and solutions to customers.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

1. Analyse drawings, quantity take-offs and specifications to determine suitable system/solution and competitive pricing for the customers.

1. Provide calculations as per the job specifications (U values, wind load, inertia).
2. Provide estimations, bar optimisation, and cutting list using Logikal software.
3. Produce quotation and all the documents requested for the project submission liaising with customers to tailor quotations to their requirements
4. Technical support to customers (fabricators, consultants, main contractors) and reps providing them with technical solutions.
5. Prepare technical submittal and compliance statement for each project in accordance with the specification requirements.
6. Training customers and reps on Logikal
7. Maintain Logikal product database up to date
8. Update product & fabrication manuals
9. Take part of product testing projects (Performance, Weather, Security etc.)

Requirements:

• Technical background & proficiency on Autocad.
• Previous experience in estimation department using Lokigal or similar windows & doors software.
• Knowledge of computer-based tools: MS Office, Autocad. Knowledge of Thermal Calculation software is a plus.
